Channel Details<\/span><\/h3>
  • Minimum shipment weight is 3 kg (If the weight is less than 3 kg, it will still be calculated as 3 kg).<\/span><\/li>
  • Order cut-off time: Every Friday at 12pm (Korea time).<\/span><\/li>
  • Sensitive goods or goods with batteries will charge an additional fee of USD 2 per kg. The minimum charge will be based on a weight of 10 kg.<\/span><\/li>
  • A handling fee of USD 5 per package will be charged for improper or missing labeling of the outer carton code.<\/span><\/li>
  • The warehouse does not provide storage or packaging services. Any goods that enter the warehouse must be arranged for shipping immediately.<\/span><\/li>
  • Self-collection service at our Seoul warehouse will charge USD 8\/package (applicable for 5 packages and above). The maximum weight limit per package is 10kg, and the maximum dimensions are 35cm x 40cm x 45cm.<\/span><\/li>
  • There will be additional delivery charges for areas outside these three locations: Johor Bahru, KL Puchong, Selangor Petaling Jaya.<\/span><\/li>
  • Our company will not be responsible for any loss or detention of packages caused by customers providing false information or inaccurate customs declarations.<\/span><\/li>
  • If the goods are found to be lost or damaged during transportation or upon arrival in Malaysia, we will assess and compensate according to our shipping T&C.<\/span><\/li>
  • If customers are unsure whether the goods can be shipped, you can contact our customer service for assistance in confirming the correct shipping channel.<\/span><\/li>
  • In the event of holidays, peak shipping periods, adverse weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors, there may be delays in the delivery timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.<\/span><\/li>
  • Note: Shipping fees may be subject to adjustments due to currency rates and other factors. In case of any adjustments, you will be notified.<\/span><\/li>
