Channel Details

• The minimum shipment is 1 cbm, continuing with 1 cbm in unit
• It needs to be palletized + film stretched before being sent to the warehouse (transparent stretch film)
• It is a freezing container not refrigeration container
• Please provide us the purchase receipt (Invoice) and manifest (Packing list) 24 hours before the goods arrive at the warehouse
• After the containers are opened, you will need to arrange to pick them up at the warehouse in Kuala Lumpur (it needs to be picked up within 1-3 days)
• Delivery is not included, if delivery is required, please provide us the address and quantity first, so that we can help to estimate the price
• Tax and custome clearance included
• The warehouse does not provide additional packaging services
• The goods are straight in and out, without warehousing and collection.
• Shipping once every 2 weeks
• Your customer code number must be written on the outer box of the goods ，example:【乌龟-马-2685/DYXXXXXX】
