  • Prices:<\/strong> Exclude 6% SST.<\/p><\/li>

  • Minimum Shipment Volume:<\/strong> 0.5 cubic meters. Each cubic meter must not exceed 300KG.<\/p><\/li>

  • Delivery Time:<\/strong> Estimated 7\u201314 working days.<\/p><\/li>

  • Packaging Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Customers must prepare sturdy cardboard boxes for packaging and deliver them to the warehouse.<\/li>
    • For clothing items, white burlap bags can be used before sending them to the warehouse.<\/li>
    • (Contact customer service in advance for packaging instructions if needed.)<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Weight & Volume:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Warehouse staff will measure and provide the volumetric weight upon receiving the parcel.<\/li>
      • After obtaining the volumetric weight, a packing list must be completed with accurate and truthful details.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Shipping Cost:<\/strong> Calculated in MYR.<\/p><\/li>

      • Lost Documents or Parcels:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Any missing documents or parcels must be reported within 24 hours of shipment. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Declaration Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

          • Every shipment must be honestly declared. Any inaccurate declarations may result in confiscation, fines, additional taxes, or a combination of these penalties.<\/li>
          • Items confiscated by customs cannot be reimbursed. Customs authorities reserve the right to make final decisions or changes.<\/li>
          • The sender is responsible for paying any additional taxes or fines to retrieve the parcels.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>

              What you need to know about packing your goods?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

              (1) All goods must be packed in a thick cardboard box before being sent to our warehouse<\/p>

              (2) All fragile goods, easy to crush deformation or diamond corner of the goods please be sure to thicken the packaging, their own use of foam packaging, playing wooden frame preferably.<\/p>

              (3) All sensitive goods such as food, shampoo (liquid), cosmetics, soap, dog food, etc. must be packed in thick boxes and then covered with white woven bags (all other colours are not allowed), customs clearance is required and cannot be avoided.<\/p>

              (4) For too small items, we will pack the goods in woven bags to avoid loss and charge THB150 for packing<\/p>

              (5) All boxes should be filled with goods as much as possible, if there are empty spaces the boxes will be easily deformed.<\/p>

              (6) The weight of each item must not exceed 30kg<\/p>

              (7) The outer box of the goods should be written with the code, name and quantity of the goods – Use white sacks to pack the goods<\/p>

              (8) Please contact customer service for code numbers.<\/p>

              **All fragile\/crushable goods are not covered, regardless of whether they are insured or not, the Thailand warehouse packing service only covers the goods.<\/p>
